Eyes and details are embroidered: no plastic and no parts that can come loose. The stuffing is hypoallergenic hollow fibre. Even so, nothing loose in the cot while they sleep, and decorative pieces such as garlands should always be kept out of reach.

This is where the workshop began: we made him for a baby who struggled to drift off, and he’s never left the catalogue since. He fits in a small hand.
